Ms. Shraddha Lukkad is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Membership No. A52260), with over seven years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and secretarial functions. She has extensive experience in Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) listings, management of fund-raising and funding transactions involving marquee investors, and end-to-end handling of secretarial, legal and regulatory compliances under applicable corporate and securities laws.
