UMA MANDAVGANE
Mrs. Uma Mandavgane is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with over three decades of experience in Risk Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance and Treasury Management. She has been the Founder and Managing Partner of Azzure Advisory & Consulting Services LLP, providing risk advisory services to clients in the BFSI sector.
She has served on several Boards as an Independent Director and as Chair/Member of Audit and Risk Committees. Mrs. Mandavgane is a subject matter specialist in Technology and Business Risk Assurance, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Internal Audit transformation. She has been actively associated with industry committees and has contributed to RBI and ICAI initiatives on IT Audit and Risk Based Internal Audit practices.
